- Drink enough water throughout the day to keep your mouth naturally clean and hydrated.
- Include foods rich in Vitamin C (like amla, lemon, oranges) to strengthen gums and reduce bleeding.
- Chew food slowly and mindfully. This boosts saliva, which helps protect teeth and gums.
- Avoid sticky sweets, sugary drinks, and chewing tobacco. They weaken gum tissues and promote plaque buildup.
- Reduce very spicy, overly sour, or extremely hot foods. They can irritate sensitive gums.
- Include natural antimicrobial foods like clove, black pepper, and turmeric in cooking (also found in Forgum ingredients like Lavang and Maricha).
- Keep your ears protected from wind, cold air, or sudden temperature changes, especially after applying the oil.
- Avoid using earphones or earbuds for long periods. Let your ears rest.
- Do gentle neck and jaw movements daily to improve circulation around the ears.
- Practice stress reduction. High stress can worsen tinnitus and balance issues. Try deep breathing or simple pranayama like Bhramari.
- Avoid loud environments or sudden loud sounds. They can strain your hearing and inner ear balance.
