- Eat freshly made meals using less salt. High salt raises blood pressure, and herbs like Arjun and Punarnava work better when salt is controlled.
- Add garlic, amla, or beetroot to your meals. They naturally support heart and blood health like Shudha Rason and Guggul in the tablet.
- Choose light meals like khichdi, steamed vegetables, or soups. This keeps your digestion calm, which supports herbs like Shankhpushpi and Jatamansi.
- Avoid heavy, oily, or fried food. These slow down circulation and create "ama" (toxins), which herbs like Punarnava are trying to clear.
- Sip warm water or mild herbal teas during the day to help reduce water retention and support herbs like Pushkarmool and Punarnava.
- Sleep at the same time every day. Herbs like Jatamansi and Shankhpushpi help calm the mind, but they work best with proper rest.
- Do breathing practices (like Nadi Shodhana) to reduce anxiety. This supports the action of Sarpagandha, which helps lower blood pressure.
- Walk for 20–30 minutes daily. Gentle movement keeps your heart strong and improves circulation.
- Reduce stress by spending time in quiet places or nature. Stress raises blood pressure and weakens the heart.
- Avoid smoking or alcohol. They damage heart tissue and block the natural healing effects of Arjun and Guggul.
- Track your BP and mood regularly to see how your body is responding.
